Privacy notice

Website visits, correspondence and the boundary with client services.

Last updated: 7 October 2026.

Who this notice covers

This notice explains how Web3 Platforms Private Limited handles information connected with this public company website and enquiries sent to [email protected]. It does not replace privacy notices, data-processing terms or agreements for a client deployment.

Our legal identity is Web3 Platforms Private Limited, CIN U72900MH2022PTC375289, incorporated 21 January 2022, ROC Mumbai. Our public location is Mumbai, India 400064.

Information connected with a visit

This is a public information website. It has no visitor account, payment checkout or enquiry form. Its contact link opens your own email app; the copy-email button copies our address to your clipboard when you press it.

When your browser loads this website, the hosting and delivery providers receive technical request information needed to deliver the page, such as an IP address, requested URL and browser information.

Website providers and analytics

The website is hosted and delivered through Cloudflare. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures visits and page performance. Cloudflare states that its analytics beacon does not use cookies or browser storage for analytics, does not track individual users across sites, and discards the source IP address at the nearest data centre for its RUM processing. That statement concerns the analytics beacon, not every hosting or security function.

The website loads fonts from Google Fonts. These requests send Google the visitor’s IP address, requested font URL and HTTP headers, which can include browser and referring-page information. Google states that the Fonts API does not set or log cookies and does not use this information for user profiles or targeted advertising.

Read the providers’ descriptions: Cloudflare data collection, Cloudflare RUM and Google Fonts privacy.

Enquiries and correspondence

If you email us, we receive the address you send from and the information you include, such as your name, company, message and attachments. We use that correspondence to understand and respond to your enquiry and discuss the work you have contacted us about. Email delivery, routing and mailbox providers process correspondence as part of receiving and handling it.

Please do not send passwords, API keys, customer account records, investment records or other sensitive material in an initial enquiry. If the work needs confidential material, agree the handling arrangements with us first.

Client data is a separate scope

Smart Front Desk and other services may involve different data, systems and responsibilities from this website. The relevant client agreement and deployment-specific documentation should define those arrangements. This website notice does not promise a particular data location, retention period, deletion schedule or AI-model data-use setting for a client service.

Privacy questions and requests

For a question about information you have shared with us, or to request access, correction or deletion, write to [email protected]. Describe the request without sending extra sensitive data. We may need to verify the requester's identity or authority before discussing private information. Applicable legal and contractual requirements can affect what may be provided, changed or deleted.

Changes to this notice

We will identify revisions by the date shown on this page. A change to this website notice does not by itself change a signed client agreement.
